Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 2, 2026

Scope

This policy applies to the CMS Nexus marketing website and inquiries about CMS Nexus Software and Marketing Services. Customer account data and service-specific processing may also be governed by the applicable service agreement. CMS Nexus serves businesses across industries and sizes. This website is intended for business users, not children.

Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form collects your name, business name, contact details, website, industry, business size, service interests, current systems or marketing activities, goals, preferred response method, referral details, and timing. Required fields are marked. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, patient information, or other sensitive records. Inquiries are saved in website storage under the selected Software or Marketing Services path. Successful submission displays a reference number. Completing fields alone does not confirm delivery. CRM routing and email notifications are not currently connected.

Technical and source information

Website hosting and security services may process information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events to deliver and protect the site. When submitted through the form, campaign parameters in the page address and the lead source you select may help identify how an inquiry originated. The website does not currently load advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts in its page code.

Purposes

Information submitted in an inquiry is used to respond, understand business requirements, identify the relevant Software or Marketing Services workflow, discuss onboarding, and maintain related business records. Technical information supports website delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security. An inquiry does not by itself enroll you in unrelated promotional messaging.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, communications, customer management, and other services needed to handle the request. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Inquiry information is not offered for sale through this website. A later connection to an external service may be subject to that service’s terms and privacy practices.

Retention and protection

Information should be retained only as long as needed for the purpose collected, applicable contractual or legal requirements, and legitimate dispute or security needs. Different records may require different periods. No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including unnecessary confidential material in an initial inquiry.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about the use of your personal information, subject to applicable law and identity verification. Where a right to withdraw consent or object applies, you may exercise it without affecting prior lawful processing. Use the contact page and identify your request as a privacy request. If online submission is unavailable, existing clients can use the contact details in their service agreement or onboarding communications. We may need enough information to verify your identity, but you should never send a password.

Communications and updates

Use the unsubscribe instructions in any promotional email you receive, where applicable. Responding to a requested business inquiry is distinct from opting into recurring marketing campaigns. The current contact form does not request permission for automated promotional calls or text messages. We will update this policy when website practices change; the effective date identifies the current version.
